Directions of Use: For each 3 grams of Multi-Action Clear Fibre, mix with at least 250 ml of water. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since absorption of these products may be delayed.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have kidney disorder and/or diabetes. Known Adverse Reactions: If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention.
