Excellent product for a once a day vitamin.

Yikes I felt like vomiting even though I took them with a meal. I had too stuff myself with food so that I wouldn't vomit. Maybe they are too strong for me.

I just bought some yesterday, and in starting them this morning, realized that they are not that ready to swallow. The vitamins are quite big. I'm not sure if the website states it, but these do have to be taken with a meal.
