Recommended Dosage: (18 years of age and over) Take 2 capsules once per day. Use for at least 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care professional for use beyond 18 weeks.

Medicinal ingredients: Lemon balm- Herb top 4:1 extract (Melissa officinalis) - 200 mg, L-Theanine - 100 mg, St. John's wort- Herb top 10:1 extract (Hypericum perforatum) (0.12-0.28% Hypericin) - 300 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Titanium dioxide

Cautions: Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or taking anti-anxiety or seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. Consult a health care professional if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use this product if you are taking anti-cancer, antidepressant [e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)], cardiovascular, contraceptive medications, blood thinners, anti-HIV agents or immunosuppressive medications. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness, headaches and/or drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
