Refine Naturals 03 SLEEP is a blend of passionflower, hops and lemon balm which not only promotes a restful sleep but also improves the sleep quality. It’s Melatonin-free formula is for people who are extra sensitive to melatonin or can't take it because of some medical condition or just don't like that idea of taking a hormone.
