Fibre-Tastic! is a natural source of dietary fibre that helps you to achieve the recommended daily intake of 30 to 40 grams per day. It is made from 14 natural ingredients including organic acacia fibre, apple fibre powder, oat powder and rice bran powder. Fibre-Tastic! provides 4.5g of fibre per serving, with only 6g of carbohydrates and 26 calories.
Fibre-Tastic! is a great tasting powder that dissolves easily in liquids and blends in well with soft food (apple sauce, yogurt, etc). It is a quick and delicious way to add fibre and antioxidants to your daily diet.
It provides roughly 75% soluble fibre, but unlike many other highly soluble fibres, such as inulin, Fibre-Tastic produces little to no gastrointestinal side effects. The soluble fibres work like a ‘sponge’ to absorb toxins and excess cholesterol. They also work to help control blood sugar levels in the body.
Directions for Use: Mix one scoop (7g) into 250ml of water or juice and stir until dissolved. May also be mixed into soft food like apple sauce or yogurt. Take once daily, 2 hours before or after taking any other medications.
PLEASE NOTE: Fibre-Tastic! dissolves best in liquids that are room temperature or warmer, and if shaken for 20 seconds (use shaker cup).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Natural blueberry flavour, natural fruit berry blend flavour, natural raspberry flavour, stevia (Stevia rebaudiana), citric acid.
