Drink a full glass (250mL) of liquid with each dose. The total daily dose may be taken as a single daily dose or in divided doses as appropriate. 

Children 4-6 years: 1 soft chew per day 

Children 6-12 years: 1-2 soft chews per day 

Adolescents and Adults 12 years and older: 2-4 soft chews per day.

Do not take for more than one week unless directed by a health care practitioner. Do not take within two hours of another medication(s) because the desired effect of the other medicine may be altered. Do not use when fever, blocked intestine, inflamed bowel, severe dehydration, abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present.
