Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Known Adverse Reactions: People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause digestive problems. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, cramps).
