Recommended Dose:
- Adults: 1 Tablespoon(s) 1 - 3 time(s) per day
- One rounded tablespoon (12 g) into a 250 mL (8 oz) glass of cool liquid up to 3 times daily.
- At the first sign of constipation stir briskly and drink the recommended dose immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Generally, takes effect in 12-72 hours. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medication.
- New Users: Start by taking 1 dose each day and gradually increase to 3 doses per day
