Rootalive Psyllium Husk Powder is raw and gluten free.
Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon (10 g) with at least 8 oz. of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration.
Caution: Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
