Very good... this is my first time buying chia seeds. I add them to my overnight oats. Makes a very nice and filling breakfast.

We love Salba and add to whatever we can think of .... our morning cereal, soup, cookies recipes, etc. We looked for Salba everywhere as no one sells it anymore. These are quite good. I have used them by mixing them with water and creating the "chia gel" before eating. These seeds have nutrients that one may not expect. Very interesting product to look into.

Chia seeds are so good. Use them in my protein shakes, cereal. Plan to try in many things. So glad to have recently found this sight as we are unable to buy a lot of the products here in labrador. Will be ordering again soon!

We used to buy our Chia seeds at The Bulk Store but they were getting difficult to find (pre-packaged). Love that Well.ca offers them at a much better price and they are delivered within 2-3 days. Can't beat service like that. My husbands puts them on his cereal in the morning but I love them in my yogurt.

Adds a nice little crunch to healthy snacks! They do get stuck in the teeth though and turn into a little jelly ball. Very healthy and great for you though.
