Sally Hansen's Ultimate Shield Base & Top Coat is an advanced, fast drying formula that protects brittle nails. Protects nail colour from chipping, peeling and fading. Use as a base coat to infuse nails with vitamins, moisturize and help stop brittle nails from breaking. Use as a top coat to protect nail colour from UV damage, keeping it fresh, bright and incredibly glossy.

Directions: Apply 1 coat over dry nail colour. Re-apply as needed.

I don’t know if it’s just that my nail is chipped or it’s the base coat that is chipped but my regular nail polish remover doesn’t remove it I think??? Like the product is great but I can’t differentiate if my nails are chipped or the base coat. Thank you”
