Easy Matcha Directions: Mix ½ to 1 tsp. matcha with 1 tbsp. water in a cup to make a smooth paste. Stir in 8 oz steaming hot water.
Traditional Matcha Directions: Sift 1 teaspoon in a bowl. Pour in 4 oz steaming hot water. Rapidly beat with a bamboo whisk in a zigzag pattern until smooth and frothy.
