Seven Sundays Bircher Apple Cinnamon

Reminiscent of the original Swiss-style of muesli, their Bircher muesli is named after the Physician (Dr. Bircher-Benner) that invented muesli in the late-1800s. Not for the muesli novice, it is totally unsweetened and raw. Once you are ready, though, the flavour will surprise you. Their favorite way to serve it soaked overnight in milk (in a mason jar), topped with greek yogurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Once you go Bircher, you don't go back!

Ingredients: Gluten free oats, sorghum flakes, buckwheat groats, almonds, dates (dates, rice flour), currants, unsweetened coconut chips (no sulfites), pumpkin seeds, apples, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and cardamom. Made in a facility that uses dairy, eggs and soy. May contain pit or shell fragments. May contain Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Egg, Sesame, Seafood, Mustard, Sulfites.
