Did absolutely nothing except caused flatulence
I am overweight - 150 lbs at 5'3. I have diabetes in my family and am at risk based on my HbA1C and recently developed tons of skin tags on my neck. I took these hoping for weight loss. I even worked out while taking these. I stopped after day 20 because I couldn't understand what was causing so much gas.
