Perfect light taste for salad dressings. Yum. Could only get better if it were unrefined, cold pressed, organic walnut oil.

I used it with my spinach salad and it was as good as i expected

we use it for medical reasons, thank you for providing it, it is very hard to find out where we live

I was as impressed with this oil as I had hoped. It doesn't have any flavour, and I agree with other reviews- it is still a refined oil, so not the best choice. I tried it in a few dressings, and it was good, just not a stand out.

Being refined, it is not an optimally healthy choice and something I would try again. Additionally, lacks any walnut flavour or aroma to even make it worth it.

I used Spectrum Walnut oil for years and for some reason had trouble finding it in stores for a long time. Fortunately I came across it by chance on your web site. I tried different brands of walnut oil in the past when I couldn't find Spectrum, but this is by far the best tasting I have ever tried. I use it to make a wonderful vinaigrette recipe.

Not what I expected. I was not able to find the brand of walnut oil I normally buy and so wanted to find another one to enjoy. Unfortunately, I was disappointed as this brand lacks any walnut flavour.

This oil is great.

Nice and delicate taste. I use it to cook (do not put the heat too high) and this oil doesn't turn dark. I espacially appreciate it to cook marinated chicken and pork.
