St. Francis Herb Farm St. John's Wort

St. John's Wort is traditionally used as a sedative for relief of restlessness or nervousness.

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 0.8-1.6 ml (24-48 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): St. John's Wort flowering tops (Hypericum perforatum) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol, Vegetable glycerine

Cautions and Warnings: Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner: if you experience sleep disturbances; if you are taking conventional medicine such as contraceptives, HIV-1 protease inhibitors, nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, immunosuppresants, anticoagulants, digoxin, theophylline, serotonergic antidepressants, migraine therapies, SSRIs and/or anti-epilepsy drugs; if symptoms persist.

Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before surgery.
