Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle.. relaxer I have 6 kids, 3 of them under 3, and I have found that I can't tell when I'm tired anymore - because I've been too tired for too long, I don't recognize the signs and signals as I'm simply chronically sleep deprived. And so, I end up staying awake longer than I should, and the cycle of exhaustion continues. I find that 1 or 2 of these, taken 10-12 hours before I want to wake up in the morning, gives me an hour or two before bed where I just feel really relaxed, my eyelids sometimes get heavy too. It's subtle though, if you are not already sitting and receptive, then you can't expect it to slow you down.
