One of Susies favorite things are Pancakes. A nice fluffy, light Aunt Jemima style pancake. She recreated a gluten free version of the same texture and taste. Just add egg, butter, and milk (or water) and VOILA!!! Add a little more liquid for a Crepe, you can't go wrong!
