Non-active ingredients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate; Microcrystalline cellulose; Crospovidone; Povidone; Colloidal silicon dioxide; Magnesium stearate; Hypromellose; Macrogol 400; Iron oxide; Spearmint Oil; Carnauba Wax No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, soy or artificial flavours.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner: if symptoms persist or worsen, or sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia); or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a liver disorder or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you: have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder; are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity/allergy can occur; in which case, discontinue use. Diuretic effect may occur.
