Rougier Magnesium Liquid is a magnesium mineral supplement.
Directions: Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablespoonfuls (15-30 mL), 1 to 3 times per day, at mealtime.
Warning: Use with extreme caution if drugs with bradycardiac effects (digitalis, etc.) are being administered simultaneously.
Store at room temperature

Best tasting too
My girlfriend shared some in Montreal and it worked great and tasted good as well.
I was unable to find in the GTA and was happy to find on well.ca.
