Basic Prenatal is a comprehensive formula designed for the special nutritional needs of pregnancy. It contains nutrients in their most easily absorbed and utilized forms that are essential for the mother and child. Good but no Omega 3?
So far this is easy on the stomach and the nutrition profile looks good but.... there’s no Omega 3 in this so I will have to get another supplement for that. Anyone got food vegan options?

Easy to tolerate but old brand was better
Great vitamin. But does not have enough iron.
It used to be 3x/day dosing but they changed amounts of vitamins and now have twice daily dosing. I prefer the old mix. When I contacts the company they said in US it’s 3 per day but In Canada twice daily. Did not love the variation, so I followed label to be safe but I had to supplement with extra iron in the end as iron was low on bloodwork.

Highly recommended
Originally recommended by my naturopath, they used to be 3/day. I wanted to have something that was 2/day so had switched to another brand. I'm glad I switched back!! No nausea, no after effects of any kind (which I was getting from the other brand). Also now these have changed to only 2/day! Highly recommended this product!

This is the only prenatal I can stomach that has an adequate amount of what I need. For what you get the price is fantastic.

Label is covered
The bottle has a label covers another label. It doesn’t say how many I’m supposed to take per day. And with food or without. I’m confused. Why the original label is covered?

It's been great so far. No flavour. The pills are a little big but I don't have an upset stomach!
