Great product, best rice noodles ever, taste and cooks just like the wheat ones without the digestion problems!

My favourite gluten free fettuccine!

Unlike some other pastas made of brown rice, this brand does not get really soggy if you overcook it slightly. It tastes great and has a nice texture. I buy it regularly.

i used this pasta when i made a white wine clam sauce and nobody could tell it wasnt a wheat pasta, i love it and will only be using this fettucine from now on! And Jason, you should use a white rice noodle with pad thai, it is much better texture for sure! Brown rice is for sure heavier in texture!

I tried this rice pasta in a pad thai dish and found it resulted in pasty flavouring to the dish...
