Organic Lemon Echinacea Throat Coat® is an herbal tea that helps to relieve the symptoms and shorten the duration of upper respiratory tract infections.

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 2-3 cups daily. Gargle before swallowing.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract. Add honey to enhance benefits, especially in dry climates.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks

Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2g) contains: Organic echinacea root (Echinacea purpurea) 600 mg, organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 550 mg, organic marshmallow leaf (Althaea officinalis) 280 mg, organic marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) 100 mg, organic licorice root (5-7:1 extract) 50 mg (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) equivalent to 300 mg of licorice.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora), organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), organic sweet orange peel (Citrus sinensis), organic cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum loureirii).

Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
