Umami Sauce Saigon

Umami Sauce Saigon is a blend of Vietnamese flavours all in one bottle for your salads, summer rolls, marinade, dipping sauce, and just as is! Traditionally made out of fermented anchovies in the Vietnamese city formerly known as Saigon, this sauce is made in small batches to deliver a delicate yet rich flavour to you recipes. 

Ingredients: Water, Anchovy Fish, Chili, Salt, Sugar (Sugar, Brown Sugar), White Vinegar, Carrots, Garlic, Disodium Salt, Citric Acid.
