Umi's Kitchen Tandoori Marinade

Umi’s Kitchen Tandoori Marinade – a traditional Tandoori marinade infused with savoury and zesty East Indian spices. For optimal results, blend equal parts plain yogurt with this marinade. Add either chicken, pork or lamb and let it marinate overnight in your refrigerator. Grill or bake the next day until meat is fully cooked. Serve over rice.
