Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older): Take one tablet once weekly, four weeks prior to the onset of the allergy season or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Acute Dosing: At the first sign of symptoms take one tablet daily if needed. Do not exceed one tablet per day. Discontinue use after symptoms have disappeared.

Place tablet under tongue. Do not swallow, but allow tablet to dissolve slowly.
