Introducing the new beautifully crafted DE safety razor from Urban Beard.  A well groomed beard starts with a clean tight neckline and razor sharp cheek line ups. Many guys use plastic cartridge blades from big box stores to line up their beard, but having 3 blades and a moisturizing strip on 1 razor makes lining things up a little tricky. Using the nicely weighted and finely balanced single bladed DE razor makes it much easier to keep those lines sharp and your beard perfectly shaped. The Urban Beard DE safety razor has a matte finish and comes in a custom made box with a packet of 5 razor blades.

In recent years, the trend has been for razor manufacturers to pack ever-greater numbers of blades into their razors. But if you are looking for a comfortable shave that helps reduce the risk of your face getting full of razor bumps, you might want to consider using fewer blades. Using a single-blade razor, in combination with a high quality pre-shave oil can be the best way to help reduce razor bumps and improve your shave overall.

Directions: Before shaving, you should always wet the face with warm water to open up the pores. Next, apply a pre-shave oil to soften neck hair and lubricate the skin. Work up a generous lather. The lather helps the razor to remove hairs while helping reduce the risk of skin irritation. Once you are ready to shave, you need to use the proper technique when passing the razor over your skin. Traditional double edge razors are designed to glide lightly across the skin at an angle of roughly 30 degrees; you do not need to apply pressure. Always shave in the direction of hair growth to minimize the risk of razor bumps. After shaving, apply an after-shave lotion to soothe the skin and reduce inflammation. Your after-shave lotion should contain essential oils, such as jojoba oil, to reduce the risk of razor bumps and irritation.

Caution: Razor blades are extremely sharp and need to be handled with care. Razor blades should not be within a child's reach.
