0.8% Sesquiterpenic acids, 0.48% Valerenic acid
Skullcap 75 mg
(Scutellaria lateriflora) herb top, 4:1 extract (300 mg*)
Lemon balm 50 mg
(Melissa officinalis) herb top, 4:1 extract (200 mg*)
California poppy 25 mg
(Eschscholzia californica) herb top, 4:1 extract (100 mg*)
Magnesium 75 mg
(from 375 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Brown rice bran, hypromellose (vegetable capsule).
