Absolutely love this Marine Collagen
Vital Proteins Marine Collagen has become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine. I specifically choose the marine collagen because it’s easier to absorb than beef collagen, and this one delivers on every level.
The powder dissolves effortlessly into my coffee, and smoothies with no gritty texture and no strong taste, which makes it incredibly easy to stay consistent. Within weeks, I noticed visible improvements in my skin’s glow and elasticity, and my hair and nails feel noticeably stronger. It took a few months but I did notice a remarkable difference in my joint pains that I had developed. They are all but gone now. It also feels gentle on my digestion, which is a huge plus.
It may be pricy, but you get what you pay for and this is worth it!
