Experience through diffusion: Put 5-10 drops (up to 0.5ml) of essential oil in a diffuser and enjoy the aroma. Experience through bath: Dispense 0.5ml - 1ml of WILL essential oil into a warm bath for an immersive experience.Experience through placement: Put a few drops of Lemongrass oil on several cotton balls and place them around your mat while practicing yoga to lift your spirits and keep you feeling positive.
