Recommended Dosage: (Adults) 1–3 softgels 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Drink a full glass (250 mL or 8 ounces) of liquid with each dose. Do not take within 2 hours of other medications.
Caution: Consult a physician prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting or if you have a chronic gastrointestinal disorder.
