My choice for vitamin supplements…
I really appreciate this option for a multi-vitamin for several reasons - at 65, I want a choice designed for my particular health needs, dosage is only 1 capsule daily, and they are easy to swallow. As far as I can tell, they are equal to or better than other options I have tried. Have re-ordered and plan to continue to do so!
