Love it
I always have this at home. We use it for coughs, sore throats, and feeling unwell. Grandchildren know if they come over and have sniffles they get honey. I take a small tsp at night.

I have used raw Manuka Honey for several years, and would NOT be without it in my house. Aside from being great on my breakfast toast, or in my coffee, I also use it as a "healing salve" for cuts, burns, scrapes, etc. It is INCREDIBLE honey, with all it's uses.
