Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tasting natural sugar. It retained most of the freshy squeezed sugar cane juice taste. I use it in place of brown sugar in baking and it gives the baked goods a nice gourmet flavor. Will not stick together in the bag like brown sugar does. Excellent for making water kefir. It is not easy to find in stores so very glad that Well.ca is selling them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This item is great for baking my vegan cornbread. I have tried to use it like regular sugar in tea and cereal and it is awful. My recommendation would be to just use it for baking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love at first bite! I have been using sucanat for decades and it all started with this one. It is such a wonderful caramel flavour and I make what I call sucanat ice cream. I can't eat regular sugar, but I can have this all I want and not have a reaction or a sugar rush. I highly recommend this product to everybody.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Healthier option I have a sweet tooth so eliminating sugar is impossible for me but I feel like this is the healthiest alternative that I can find. There are lots of recipes that call for sucanat so it's easy to bake with without having to try to guess the conversion from white sugar.
