Wildly Delicious Milk Chocolate Orange Chocolat Chaud

A warm cup of cocoa beside a crackling fire is the perfect remedy to the winter blues. A new flavour joins their line of Chocolat Chaud, adding a splash of orange to their rich milk chocolate mixture. Ingredients: Milk chocolate drops (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, whey powder, lactose, soya lecithin, vanilla powder), sugar, cocoa powder, buttermilk powder, cocoa butter, modified corn starch, orange oil.

Directions for Hot Chocolate:
Add 250ml (1 cup) of 2% milk to a saucepan and bring to a simmer while stirring constantly. Add three level tablespoons of Chocolat Chaud mix and continue to simmer and stir 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Watch that the mixture does not scorch. Pour into a mug and top with freshly whipped cream.
