Directions: The twist-style tube lets you use as much or as little product as you need. Wait about 30 minutes after showering or shaving of the area to apply, as skin may be extra sensitive at that time. Pregnant women should consult their physicians before using products which contain essential oils. If you have extremely sensitive skin, we recommend trying another scent, as peppermint can be a little irritating.

This is first natural deodorant I've tried. After reading reviews of many products using baking soda I was expecting a rash. And I did get a rash and some irritation. It wasn't horribly uncomfortable so I kept using the product and it pretty much cleared up after a couple of weeks. I've used this deodorant while running a 10k and during my job as a corporate training with huge success- no smelly underarms! By the time I go to bed the effect has usually worn off, but I think I'm the only one who can tell- my husband hasn't complained at all

This is the best deodorant I've ever used (including the non-natural Dove I've recently stopped using). I tried Tom's of Maine and Penny Lane, but neither of them really worked for me. This one works great. It's got the wet texture of Tom's (so it's comfortable to apply), and it works even better than Dove. It goes on wet and feels cool (because of the mint), but it quickly dries and works all day/night. Fantastic!
