Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Lid design! Love it. I would love the bottle more if it was 16 oz, but the hotshot cap makes it brilliant! Fill it with coffee, and leave the middle part out until it is the perfect drinking temperature. Then add the middle part of the lid and it will stay your preferred temperature to the last sip. You can also fit an oz or two with the outside ring of the cap on. If it was half an inch slimmer it would fit better in our truck's cup holders too. But it does fit much better than the 20 oz Rambler. The edge of the lid is also nice and slim rather than drinking over a think plastic rim. And, best of all, when it's all together it doesn't spill a drop. Nearly perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Fantastic travel mug. Addresses all the problems I've encountered with other mugs. Closes securely so I can throw it in my bag without worry. Opens easily, flows well, allows some scent out to truly enjoy the flavour. Not too top heavy. Best of all, comes apart easily to go IN THE DISHWASHER!. The sole area of improvement I could suggest is a visual indicator built into the lid to easily tell if the lid is open or sealed. I figure it's only a matter of time until I throw it on my bag open.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good, but not perfect. It's a great mug. The cap is good, but it sometimes can be a little hard to loosen and tighten and when open the flow of liquid is a little slower than expected. It also does a good job at keeping my coffee really warm for a long a time, just not as hot as I thought it would.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks through the seam Even with the top twisted shut this rambler leaks out the side of the cap. I returned the first one I bought thinking it must just be a defective one only to have the same thing happen with the new one. I’ve not been left with multiple coffee stained shirts and another yeti that needs to be returned. I was really looking forward to using this mug in my hiking bag due to the twist cap. The idea is there, just needs a lot of quality improvements to be done to this style.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 stars babyyyyyy The cup arrived quick, clean, and without any cosmetic issues. Love the black, it's clean. It keeps hot drinks hot for a very long time; I put coffee in late one night and when I woke up the next morning it was still hot. At first I was confused and a bit unhappy with the rambler twist top, but now that I have the hang of it it's all good. It reminds me, honestly, of those cups little toddlers use where you can get juice from any side of the cap. All in all, I'm very happy with it. It was an anniversary present for my dad because he broke his other coffee tumbler, and he liked it, and he's usually very hard to please. So 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great mug, cap needs work The mug is a good size for a normal hand and not too tall for cup holders. (My Rav4 has a dash that protrudes above the cup holders so tall bottles don't work, this one does). It also fits into normal sized cup holders so the diameter is great. Overall, it works well as expected. My problem is the cap. Three things can be improved. 1. Find a way to show if it is open or closed. It has quite a few positions, open a bit, clicked open in the detent, open beyond the detent. There is no way to tell where it is positioned and the detent setting sometimes makes you think it is in the closed position with a little twist, thinking, OK it's closed... it may not be.... It works for a guy like me who is very cautious and doesn't trust anything so I double check and twist a little extra but others may not be so diligent. Maybe make the detent a little less aggressive? Put arrows on the cap to show open/closed? Maybe a "click" detent when it is fully closed so you know with "feel" it is closed and locked? 2. It is very tall, takes up a lot of space. Any way to make is shallower? C@melb@k has one you can look at. 3. It can be hard to open once it is tightened. Because it's a twist on, most of the time it gets twisted quite tight to "make sure" it doesn't leak. This leads to a hard time opening it. I know it's a trade off between leak proof and not with sliders vs twisters so I understand, just a note for others.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but not perfect for covid times I bought this for work as I found I wasn't hydrating well - wearing a mask all day & then not wanting to clean my water bottles after each shift at the hospital. So, the dishwasher safe aspect of YETI was a big seller! I also like the colour, size, & that it keeps my drinks cold. However, I've discovered that the lid isn't ideal for work especially in the covid-era. While it is nice that you can drink anywhere from the lid, this also means that if someone picks it up to move it or admire it, they are potentially touching where you have been/will be drinking. Such is life of the paranoid hospital worker! I plan to solve this by using a silicone lid to cover the top when I'm not drinking from it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I love yeti and i have a few products but for some reason this rambler isnt keeping my coffee warm. I am a Canadien construction worker and work outdoors in cold weather and my coffee does even stay warm for an hour. I do have other ramblers who have kept my soup burning out in -20 degree weather stuck in a snow bank. But this one doesnt seem to have the same insulation. I bit disappointing.
