Hotshot lid option
This product should be offered with the coffee hotshot cap instead of being a separate purchase, as the smaller yeti hotshot mug is undesirably small.

Fantastic product, could be slightly better.
Absolutely awesome mug! Also Yeti was fantastic in going above and beyond to get me the Hot Shot top to go with it since it wasn't sold together typically. My only complaint, hence 4 stars is the hot shot top could be slightly better by designing in such a way that your nose can't touch it. Just have tabs on the sides instead of a piece across the center. But very minor issue.

Great bottle but too small
Love the chug cap but bottle too small for my needs. Didn’t want the bigger size because it’s way too wide and doesn’t fit into any cup holders. Would love to see a tall skinny 700ml from Yeti.

Have you guys used the hot cap for the bottle? Cause if you didn’t, you should try it! :) even it doesn’t work you should check with Yeti.

wasn’t as happy as i thought i would be
i was under the impression it should keep my drinks as cold as ice especially when i put ice in it. the ice melts and not as cold was it was when i put it in there. my husband has a yetti 20oz cup and his last longer than mine.

Keeps ICE!!
We have had 2 of these for a month or so..yesterday I forgot my Yeti in the car...it was over 40'C out, the yeti was in the car from 11am to approximately 430pm it still had ice in it !! love this product!

Excellent cold retention
Ice cubes remained frozen for more than a day, in Caribbean weather. The chug cap is good, but I put coffee into the bottle with a straw cap and am having difficulty getting the coffee taste out.

Love it!

Received as defective/damaged, contacted Yeti Canada, no questions asked went straight to the warranty and boom a week later I got my replacement. Solid build as any other yeti, decent capacity, fits well in a cup holder. Just wish the lid could be smaller or the body could be larger so that way it would have the classic bottle look but totally fine with the cylinder look.

Exactly what I wanted
I was looking for a sturdy, sharp looking bottle that would keep my water cold and that had a spill proof cover. Having seen plenty of Yetis around, I decided to check them out. I bought the chug cap model and I’m super happy with the it. The bottle keeps my water nice and cold - not sure to what people are referring when they say their water isn’t staying cold. I have brought it with me onto the boat for dragon boat practice and my water is always perfect. It’s a nice looking bottle and the chug cap is perfect for sneaking sips between pieces! I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Meh…
I have wanted one for a while because of all the good reviews and summer coming up. It doesn’t keep ice cold until noon when filled at 8 am. All I have is water left… I’d seriously think long and hard before buying another one considering the price. Only thing I really like about it is the lid/handle.
Save your money… and if you want ice a day, this isn’t a product for you!

Dark blue doesn't keep fluid cold in the sun
I'm pretty disappointed in my newest Yeti bottle. I bought the navy blue and it really seems to absorb the heat from the sun and my water does not stay cold for very long.
I've had a white bottle for a few months and I've never had an issue with the sun impacting the bottle's ability to keep my water cold.
I guess I made the wrong choice of color...

Smelly rubber hollow gasket traps coffee amd smell
I saw people complaining that the lid keeps smelling despite everyone’s efforts to wash it thoroughly. I found a solution! Remove that rubber O Ring gasket seal. It is unnecessary and is hollow. Liquid gets trapped in this hollow gasket like coffee, soap, water and it starts to smell until you remove the rubber and wash inside it. Problem solved!

Constantly leaks
My wife and I both have these. They constantly leak. We have to screw the lid on so tight it is difficult to remove to prevent this from happening.

worth the money
I love my yeti tumbler! It keeps my coffee hot for hours. Only complaint I have is that the coffee seems to stain around the rim and it's really hard, if not impossible, to clean. Any suggestions on how to get rid of that?

The best water bottle.
I used a swell bottle to carry water with me. I found it didn’t fit well in the drink holders in my cars. Also not dishwasher safe. Bought this to replace it and I love it! Hold more, dishwasher safe, the chug cap works great, keeps my water cold, doesn’t leak, and it fits in my drink holder. Ended up buying them for my wife and two daughters. Great bottle - makes it easy to take with you and stay hydrated! Thanks

It is a great as the hype!
Use at work and the gym. Water stays cold and if I put ice cubes in it in the morning they are often still ice (though smaller) the next day.

Do not put in dishwasher
I have had my yeti rambler 786ml for a while. I was extremely pleased with it, until I put it in dishwasher. After one time in dishwasher, it now leaks from the cap. It did not do this prior. Disappointing as that was main purpose for purchase, no leak claim.
