Never run out of essentials again! With subscriptions, you can set repeating orders of your favourite products and never have to worry about running out of them again!
We want to help make your shopping experience with Well.ca as easy and convenient as possible. All you need to do to set up the intial subscription order with the products you love and set the frequency that works best for you. An order containing those products will be created for you that day, and then we will continuously create a new order for you on the weekly, or monthly interval you selected moving forward!

To subscribe, all you need is a non-remote Canadian shipping address and a credit card. We will send you a notification email before every subscription order is created. Since we need to keep your payment information, we cannot accept PayPal or Interac Online as payment options for subscription orders at this time.
You can pause or stop your subscriptions at any time.
When you're subscribed to a product, every time we create an order we will charge you the product cost at that time. If a product goes on sale during your subscription window, you will get the product at the sale price as well as any applicable subscription discounts.
In the unlikely event that we're unable to deliver something in your subscription order, we will let you know that as well.
After your subscription order is created it's just like any other order, so you can expect the same great Well.ca customer service you'd get with any other purchase. Have fun and happy subscribing!
