Purely Bulk's Psyllium Seed Husks are one of the best sources of dietary fibre and a well known intestinal cleanser. It is important to increase daily water consumption if using psyllium.

Works well in smoothies! I would not recommend adding to oatmeal (or if you do, add at the very end). It got very sticky and gummy in my pot of oatmeal... that was my own fault though. Just a piece of advice ;)
You can hardly call this tasty, but this stuff works in a good way. Forget about Allbran with psyllium; this is the real stuff. The product is reasonably priced and can't argue with the results. I'm about to buy two more!
