I use it for baking wholegrain breads without any dairy or eggs. It helps to bind all the ingredients together. Works great and a little goes a long way.
I blend this with chia seed and ground flax to make a triple power supplement that can be sprinkled over cereal or added to baking. It is so versatile that it can be used every day.
Works well in smoothies! I would not recommend adding to oatmeal (or if you do, add at the very end). It got very sticky and gummy in my pot of oatmeal... that was my own fault though. Just a piece of advice ;)
You can hardly call this tasty, but this stuff works in a good way. Forget about Allbran with psyllium; this is the real stuff. The product is reasonably priced and can't argue with the results. I'm about to buy two more!
