I love this product. I used to always fall asleep when I'd eat something that was high in sugar or if I just generally ate a lot. I read somewhere that this really helps to lower your sugar levels so when I started taking it I really noticed a difference in my energy levels and how I'd be able to stay up all day and not need a nap when I ate something sugary.
