I'm blonde with fine hair and liked this product as a 2nd day solution to throw my hair up without looking greasy. Problem is my 1st bottle stopped spraying after just a few washes. I bought a 2nd thinking it was a fluke and the same thing happened. Now I have 2 almost full but unusable cans. Would have been better off buying a more $$ brand in the 1st place...

Highly recommend NOT buying this product. I followed instructions explicitly and my light brown hair appears gray. Also feels pretty gritty. Try another dry shampoo

Horrible and the perfume is so strong I'd have to cover my nose and mouth with a towel.....don't bother wasting your money. Doesn't even come close to cleaning hair....makes it worse

This never worked for me at all.. I was my hair every second or third day Thought i'd use it to get an extra day but never worked... it made my hair more oily.. and a grey flim in my hair.. I do have dark brown hair maybe it's good for lighter hair... I'll never buy this again.

Oh dear. this is just an awful product. I wash my hair every second day and although it's not greasy on day 2 I thought that the dry shampoo would freshen it up a little. Wrong! I followed the instructions and my hair just looked greasy which it hadn't beforehand. I then tried again, using more product and had a white film all over my head, hairbrush, comb etc. It looked awful but felt worse - sticky somehow. Hard to describe but nasty. I won't be buying it again.

Was looking for a product to use to clean my hair while camping. This is far from the solution. It is more like a hairspray and does little but make hair sticky.

Smells good but leaves a grey film on the hair no matter how far away i spray from. this would probably work best on light haired people. the reason i purchased it is that the commercial shows a dark haired girl!

Hi! I bought this recently and I have to say I was not impressed, it leaves a sticky residue behind and makes your hair feel even dirtyer, and makes your hair look grey! Maybe this works for straight hair, but I have rather thick curly hair and it didn't work for me at all. It did add a pleasent scent though, Over-all I would not buy this again.

This is a decent dry shampoo. It does what it says, it sucks up the grease and gives you an extra day without having to wash your hair. It also creates texture and allows for a good amount of body. It does leave a slightly ashen colour in hair, but as I am blond, it's sort of like giving me a bit of highlights.

I changed to Klorane after trying this. Klorane and Marc Anthony are much better. This left a clay color powder in my hair even after brushing, had an unpleasant smell, and unlike other dry shampoos, had alcohol which dries your scalp. It felt quite gritty in my very fine hair. If anyone else has fine hair, I suggest Klorane extra gentle. It works much better because of the finer powder.

I have sensitive scalp and the alcohol in this product stung. Way too much denatured alcohol in this product.

I have pretty oily hair, so I figured dry shampoo was worth a shot, and even though I'd found bad reviews on this, I tried it anyway. I shouldn't have. When I use it, it has a strong aerosol-y smell that is way overpowering and bothers me. It leaves residue on your brush when you try to brush it out. And it just doesn't work for me... I don't see a difference at all. My hair seems just as oily as before. I've tried just lightly spraying it, and I've tried using a decent amount and it doesn't work either way. I will not be buying this again and would not recommend it.

this product is as good as the Klorane dry shampoo but cheaper

This product is heavily scented.. even though it smells nice it is way too overpowering. It makes the greasey root look go away, but it does leave white residue on your hair & brush.. To avoid this as much as possible, try keeping the bottle far away from your head when spraying, and don't put too much on.

I LOVE this product, I thought it was pretty great. Just spray and let it set til it drys and brush through. Only downside is if you use too much hair can feel like it has a lot of product in it, if not brushed through well you may look like you have white hair and it can leave your hair brush in a state but I do find it good at making dirty hair look clean.

This stuff makes your hair feel even more dirty. And the smell is an overpowering cheap fake lemon scent, which overpowers any perfume you might be wearing. Don't waste your money.

I did not like this shampoo. After using it the hair feels like it's covered in stuff. Try Klorane instead.

I agree with the other reviews, left my hair feeling sticky and I was forced to put it in a ponytail. It did manage to take away the greasy look, but I would never use it again. Batiste and klorane are by far the best I've used. I don't know if I'd be satisfied with any of them by just following the instructions though, I find I get the best results from spraying in, leaving for a minute, then blow-drying my hair upside down for 10 or 15 seconds, after this I brush it and use a towel to rub off any leftover powder.

Patricia: more than a year ago

This product is lousy. Batiste is a far superior product! That being said, you MUST have a natural-bristle brush to remove the dry shampoo, and the brush has to be "de-powdered" often during the brushing process. I whack the brush into a hand towel several times while brushing out the shampoo powder. Using a regular brush will not work. Period.

Left white powderish mess on my head no matter how much I tried to brush it out.

Batiste is the best dry shampoo!

This stuff is a waste of money!! Left a terrible white dandruff looking mess in my hair... no matter how long I tried to brush it out!
