Really like this product, works well to add fragrance to our house. The only negative is that it doesn't last long, need to add essential oil to it daily in order to maintain the smell. However, only need a few drops so it doesn't need a lot atleast!

Love the idea but disappointed in it's performance - the pad dries up very quickly and the scent does not last very long. I'm going to try moistening the pad with water before adding oils and see how that works.

I had a few of these many years ago and could not find replacements until now, so thank you Well.ca. I love using them with essential oils which you can tailor to your own needs instead of those commercial, chemical scents.

I bought this product as a replacement for a Bath and Body Works Wallflower. I had expected it to work in a similar way (ie. plug it in and it provides a lasting scent). I found the scent lasted only for a couple hours and then the pad was completely dry. I had soaked it with as much oil as it would hold!

Works well, the scent only works for a few hours, but that is fine because then you can try different combinations. I like that it is not an overpowering smell, strong scents give me headaches. But this is nice and gentle.

I am very happy with this diffuser, I was a little skeptical with some of the negative comments. Just adding a couple of drops of the oil of your choice puts off a nice small for a few hours. I am so happy I have since bought another one.

Product is OK, but not worth the money. I use essential oils all the time. I usually just sprinkle a few drops on a rug, or in a heat register. I expected this diffuser would provide a more lasting scent, It did not. There is no difference in strength of scent or the amount of time it lasts, between using this diffuser or sprinkling a few drops around in a room. The pads that the oils are applied to fall out frequently, as there is nothing to hold them in place.

Great concept but this didn't diffuse any scent whatsoever. It "works" in that in heats up slightly but that's it. Very disappointing!

Works great - so happy to have found a green alternative to chemical plugs ins. (I have 4 dogs, a snake and a baby, and I would never use chemical air fresheners around my child or pets!) I'm having fun experimenting with different essential oils. And I agree with Lin, it's great for settling hyper dogs (and kids lol) put a few drops of lavender oil on the diffuser pad... and peace ensues.

Very pleased with this diffuser..easy to use. I use it to calm my older dogs in the evening, if they are restless. Within minutes of plugging it in, the dogs settle. Also works very well with a combination of essential oils

I definitely recommend this product. I think there is a lot of confusion on how it works however, which is why people don't rate it highly. Firstly, you need to buy essential oils and place a few drops of them on a little pad that is inserted into the scentball. The heat from the unit will cause the oil to slowly diffuse into the air. This product is better for me than using a product like Glade plug ins because it is not filled with chemicals. The downside is, the scent won't last for days and days, you will have to reapply every couple of hours. Try buying a bottle of lavendar essential oils and put a couple to maybe 5 on the little pad and see how you like the subtle smell.

For those that wrote comments that there is no smell: you have to place drops of aromatherapy essential oils on the pad for this to work. Hope this helps those that did not understand about this product use.
