These work really great. They stay on the shoes and are very comfy. I like them better than the gel type.

These stay on the show way better than the gel ones. They work great! They stop my shoes from slipping and rubbing.

These worked great for shoes I had recently bought that constantly rubbed against my heel, causing blisters. So far, they haven't become loose and I am very happy with them. My only complaint is that they seem to lessen the room in the shoe, which has cramped my toes a bit, but this is much better then painful heel blisters.
