So disappointed after many years of purchasing
Change in formula has ruined what was a reliable product. I was a dedicated customer for 20+ years - would never purchase anything else…. until now. This mascara will go on smoothly, but when it’s time to remove it, good luck. It sticks worse than waterproof mascara. I have tried many different removers with no success. After each use of this mascara, I find that I’m losing lashes and my eyes become irritated for days following.

Waterproof- I don’t think so
I find my mascara runs and smudges at the gym so I decided to buy the waterproof voluminous carbon black mascara. I was very surprised and disappointed when I found it ran and smudged at the office!!!! Before I even made it to the gym.

Avoid Carbon Black
I bought the Carbon Black thinking it was going to be just like the other voluminous collection, but this was just a terrible product. Smudged all over my face, giving me raccoon eyes within 20 mins. This formula is not it. Not sure what they changed in the formula on this one but avoid at all costs.
Super strange considering I love the Blue, Green, Burgundy and the Original Black! Not really sure how they messed up Carbon Black this badly!

Disappointed
I keep buying this because I've used L'Oréal for years and liked it. However, I don't know if I'm buying really old products or what, but they are half dried out. I pump and pump the wand to try to get enough on the brush but in the last couple of years, I've taken two back, and right now I have two more that are awful.
