I thought I would try it for working the muscles but found it way too big for me with a tilted cervix. I threw it out. I'm sure it may work for others.

This is the first kegel device I've used. It's very easy to insert without any lubrication and you can see it flexing as you contract. There's nothing too special about this for me but It could have at least came with a storage pouch!
