Omg, what can I say about this coconut oil?
Let's start with, it's delicious! So far, the only cooking I've done with it is make stove top popcorn.
I also tried it as a cleanser. Did a decent job of that.
I absolutely love it as an overnight treatment for my dry rough hair. It made it soft and shiny the next day after I washed it out.
i've even tried it as deodorant! It did a pretty good job. Especially considering all the chemicals I get to avoid.

It is great for hair but it made my brownies smell and taste like coconuts. This is not a neutral oil by any means. Surprise flavors in the food I cook is not usually welcome. But now I know the smell doesn't cook away and it has a flavor.

The Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is the only type I've tried. Everything else I see at health food stores (the only other place I've seen it) are usually outragous prices. I enjoy the smell and have to limit how much I eat. I will buy the next size up next time.

First, I must say I appreciate the competitive pricing, efficient ordering process and prompt delivery. I'm not a big "on-line" shopper and this was a good experience. Your customer product reviews are also very helpful. I took the advice of one reviewer who suggested using two jars - one for cooking (light, tasty but not overly coconut falvoured or scented) - and one for skin care; this was a great tip, especially since I've been using the oil on my feet at bedtime! It's very oily and you need to dedicate a pair of 'bed-socks' but, it's a miracle moisturizer! As for using it on your hair for added conditioning (another reviewer tip), I wouldn't - far too heavy, at least for fine hair. Overall, very pleased. Many thanks.

Bought this for my eczema after reading many reviews about coconut oil. It didn't cure my eczema but it did provide great moisturizing to those dry areas. It smells great too! This product is as advertised. It adds a beautiful nutty flavour to our toast which is our main use to substitute for butter. We have also used it on our popcorn instead of butter and along with some salt and pepper as recommended on other sites on the internet it didn't disappoint. Your Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is the real coconut oil. As a little boy growing up in the Southern Caribbean, we had a field of coconut trees in our lands, and me and my brother had to make the oil from those nuts every week to use at home. So I know it very well. I had just completed using 2 bottles I brought from there in April and started searching online to purchase when I found yours.
As soon as I opened your first bottle, the scent told me that I found what I wanted, and I use it in cooking, baking, frying, as a hair grease, skin cream and making salads.

I have really enjoyed this coconut oil, the smell is so good you want to eat it straight. It is great on rice, in oatmeal, in smoothies and for you own chocolate balls. I bought this oil to use mainly as a moisturizer. It is better then any other expensive moisturizer that I've used! It absorbes very well. I also apply it to my hands and nails, it does marvels to them. My nails look very healthy and they don't break anymore. But, it totally took me by suprise when it healed my husband's sun burn! It literally took about 15 minutes for it to work! Natural products are really the best! This oil has a very good smell but not too strong. I would highly recommend this product. This is by far the tastiest Virgin Coconut Oil out there that I've tried! It has the most fragrant delicious tropical coconut flavour and smells heavenly as soon as you open the jar. I use it for frying my eggs in the morning, spread it on toast (even better if you spread peanut butter on top of the coconut oil and then sprinkle with cinnamon) and since I've been substituting half the butter in my cookie recipes with this brand of VCO everybody raves over my baking! Don't forget to use a smidge on your lips before applying lipstick, it makes it go on more easily. I also use it nightly on my heels and it has completely cured my dry skin problem! This is GREAT STUFF!

I have a certain type of eczema that, according to my dermatologist, cannot be cured. I've tried using all kinds of creams, even aloe, but nothing has worked as well as coconut oil. I use it as a face moisturizer, once in the morning and once at night. But it is more effective if ingested. I ingest at least a tablespoon a day. Within a month, the redness on my cheeks and upper arms have disappeared. My skin has gotten a lot smoother and some of the scarring on my face has subsided. I love this product and this site! I wanted to try coconut oil because of its health benefits.The Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil got good reviews here and elsewhere. The price here on Well.ca is very reasonable (do a search!), so I took a chance. I am not a big coconut fan but the taste of this Nutiva product is mild, as mentioned by others. I've cooked with it, used it for skincare, and have gotten into the habit of using it semi-softened to 'butter' my toast, which I find really yummy. I'm looking forward to trying it in my smoothies.

I'm bought coconut oil to help fight hair loss. I put some of it on my scalp and put on a shower cap before going to bed each night. It smells great at the beginning, but by the time I get up in the morning, that nice smell turns into the smell of nasty rotten vomit for some strange reason. Had to quit using it as shampooing didn't completely get rid of the smell until 2 or 3 washings. Other than the after smell, I have no problem with the product.

I have used other brands of coconut oil and have found this one to be the lightest tasting and it keeps well in the cupboard- I like my oil to be spoon able and it gets to hard in the fridge

Omg! This is the best :D It smells amazing, and works well. Use this head to toe. Once you rub it in it isn't shiny on the skin, so it's great for dry patches, elbows & knees, etc. Definitely give it a try

Not only does it taste fanstastic, whenever I cook, people ask what that is because it smells so good. Like I said, no need to say things abbout it except for one thing just try it.

I use this product to cook with and as a body lotion (I keep a small jar by the tub). It is great! The taste is velvety smooth and sweet. Real nice with stir fries (especially asparagus) and I love making hazelnut spreads for the kids with it. I pay less to have Well.ca ship this to my door then it would cost me to drive to the store and buy at a higher price. I will order more soon :-) Nutiva's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil makes a frothy and flaky topping on my favorite whey shakes. Just stick 1 Tbsp coconut oil with 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop 100% whey protein shake mix and a hand full of strawberries in your blender. ENJOY!

I use this product for extremely dry skin, and it is better than any lotion, or cream I have ever used. It absorbs quickly, has a light, natural smell, and if using on your face doesn't leave a bad aftertaste if it gets on your lips (great as a lipbalm too). I keep a jar in the shower on the edge of the tub.
