Suncoat water-based nail polish contains ~70% water. When applied, water vapor is released in to the air, not chemical fumes.

glycol n-butyl ether, diproplylene glycol dibenzoate. May contain: Mica,
iron oxides, titanium dioxide, ultramarine blue, ferric ferrocyanide,
chromium oxide, carmine.
