I've noticed that I'm eating smaller portions of food as I feel full faster. My jeans aren't as tight on me ....so I will have to buy tighter ones. lol I find that it's easy to remember to take too ....just one with food. So yeah I think this was a good buy.

I've had issues with heart burn and acne, since taking these pills I no longer have to feed myself TUMS or other anti acids. The fact they have incorporated Green Tea in there as well is amazing.
