Bought this for treating keloids along my jawline. With continued used it significantly reduces the size of keloids within a couple of weeks (The product itself is supposed to be used continuously for 3 months).
If you're looking for a reasonably priced silicone based scar gel to help with keloids, I would recommend trying this one. It isn't too expensive, so even if it does nothing for you it isn't that steep to try.
